The Ashford Arms, Ashford-in-the-Water
The Ashford Arms is a recently renovated pub which is a cut above and offers excellent restaurant standard food with an extensive and divers menu. It is also a good option for vegetarians.
The Packhorse, Little Longstone
The Packhorse is an absolutely brilliant pub serving local ales and locally caught game. Its quite small so it's a good idea to reserve. It's an easy walk along the Monsal Trail.

This is an excellent place to spend a happy evening drinking excellent beer and enjoying freshly cooked pizza.

The Red Lion is another excellent pub serving fantastic beer.
The Anglers’ Rest, Miller’s Dale
A traditional pub with a lovely riverside location, easily accessed from the Monsal Trail or many other walks.

Looking out over the Monsal Viaduct and Monsal dale you will struggle to find a pub with a better view
